Each four inch square plaque is hand crafted and assembled in our workshop in Carlsbad, New Mexico. We start with a four inch square piece of hand picked hardwood and carve a classic cove and bead edge to the sides. The wood is finished in a deep red mahogany stain and coated with a sturdy polyurethane finish.

The face plate is laser printed card stock which is soaked in a polyacrylic bath to protect it from the elements. When it has cured, it is attached to the wood base, a keyhole hanger is cut in the back and high quality felt is added to protect your wall.
